How long will it take my order to be processed and shipped?
All of our products are customized. Every order is given the utmost attention to detail we ask that you please keep this in mind when waiting for your order to arrive. Once your order is placed it will take 10 -12 business days to be completed and sent to you. All orders will be sent through US priority Mail. There is a flat rate shipping charge of $10.oo on items up to $75.oo. For Items over $75.oo shipping is Free.
Express shipping and International shipping is an additional charge.
If an item is needed sooner please contact us through email or by phone and every effort will be made to get your item to you when you need it.
How do I make a return?
Loop De Loops wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We try our very best to make sure every item we sell is of the highest quality, but if for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us. Items that are not personalized are returnable for refund within 14days of your shipping date. Refunds will be credited to your card through Pay Pal within 5 days.
Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.
Items must be received unworn and unused. Please include a copy of your invoice/receipt with your return.
Personalized and customized items are NOT RETURNABLE. Please be sure to double check spelling and color choice before placing your order.
Sales Tax
A charge of 6% sales tax must be billed to all purchases shipped to Maryland residents.
